Things should be back to normal now, and school starts on Wednesday (!), so we should be able to stick to the budget a little better.  To be honest I’ve been buying too many convenience foods and really just need to make more at home.  It is better for us anyway.  We’ve been all about the sandwiches lately, which are tasty, but not that economical.  I should figure out a way to make my own lunch meat and get back to baking bread.  On the bright side, I did a little shopping yesterday and the fridge still has plenty of food, so this week should be a lot better!  We won’t need much besides vegetables.
