Boot Camp Day 5

Today was strength.  Lots of jumping jacks and inchworms to warm up.  Then we did this scary as hell thing and stood on a bench on the wall facing the wall and did squats.  I couldn’t go down very far for fear of falling!!  It was crazy.

Today’s circuit was:

Kneeling hamstring curls for one minute on each leg (I used a 10 lb. dumbbell), then one minute pulsing.  Ouch.

TRX rows, then standing and holding 2 kettlebells out in front of the body.

Tire flips.

Shoulder presses using this thing.  It was so nuts.  We had to just do presses for a minute, then pulse it for a minute – twice.  I could only get 5 pulses at a time, it was SO freaking hard!

Then some running around the gym.  I know I am going to be sore tomorrow.  Good.

No boot camp tomorrow.  I’m going to use the time to get ready for camping this weekend 😀
