Boot Camp Day 3

Today was all about getting the heart pumping.  We warmed up with jump ropes, burpees, and sprints.  After 3 rounds of that we did the circuit.  Rolling tires through cones and then running the tires back.  Side shuffling through cones, then whacking those big, long, heavy ropes 😆  3 rounds of that and it was outside for inchworms and then front and back lunges.  I am so wiped, and SO ready for a break!!  Tomorrow I’m doing some light weights and then Saturday is my rest day, thank goodness!  Even though I’ll probably be climbing lots of stairs at the waterpark on Saturday.  Oh well.

Time to fall into the couch like a slob and wait for dinner to be done with my glass of wine – I deserve it!
