Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

This one has no greens in it, but it is still good ;)  It could use a little tweaking but it is pretty nice as is.

  • About a cup of pitted cherries – use non-sprayed as these are one of the Dirty Dozen!
  • 2 large-ish bananas
  • About 3/4 cup Rice milk, soy milk, or whatever kind of milk you'd like to use
  • About 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut butter – I suppose you could also just use some dried coconut if you don't have this
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs – these are probably not essential, most people won't have them so leave them out if you don't
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Now this one isn't exactly raw either but it's close enough so I'm calling it good, and it is.  Good!  It did taste more like cherries than anything else so I might use a little less next time.
